Please note that Health Energetics, PLLC and LENS therapy in New Hampshire is temporarily suspended. I will be in Palm Harbor, Florida through June 2020 working with Sharon Krieger, APRN (sharonkrieger.com). I will resume some services upon returning July 13th. However, LENS neurofeedback will be on hold indefinitely as we continue to navigate the aftermath of COVID-19. HeartMath services can be done virtually and it's a whole lot of fun. I will again be returning to Florida Nov. 15, 2020, returning to New Hampshire June 1, 2021 but any service done virtually will be able to continue no matter where I am. Please call for any questions and details at 727-242-4048. The LENS or The Low Energy Neurofeedback System, is a method of neurofeedback that can help to gently move us through maladaptive brain wave patterns. It's noninvasive, safe, and effective.
The effect of the LENS can be likened to the rebooting of a computer only here we are resetting brainwave patterns through a tiny disruptive signal, a signal that has been calculated at about a trillionth of a watt. This can help with behavior change and the way we respond to our environment. There is no sensation felt and the client doesn't have to do anything but relax, sit quietly, and close the eyes when asked.
And that's the beauty of the LENS in that it requires no focus, effort, or concentration of any kind. Unlike it's more traditional counterpart, The LENS is particularly useful for those that have difficulty sitting for long periods. The average length of a session is anywhere from 20 to 40 minutes depending on how sensitive the person is to the process.
After completing a brief questionnaire, the level of sensitivity can be determined, giving us the basis on which to proceed in the first session. Subsequent to this, how we proceed is determined by how you respond.
Average number of sessions is between six and ten, for some it may require more time but generally speaking results can be felt at around session number four.
The equipment used for the LENS is FDA approved and HIPAA compliant.
