Seacoast Neurofeedback is Expanding

It's true. Can you believe it? I'm currently in Florida working with a psych nurse practitioner, helping her patients with improved management through the use of several complimentary techniques. As a result Seacoast Neurofeedback, LLC will soon become Health Energetics, LLC.

One of the techniques in addition to LENS is HeartMath and I recently became certified as a  HeartMath Clinician. It's a form of biofeedback so simplistic, so effective. that you will just want to dive right in and get started. In the meantime, please start with The HeartMath Experience, normally $30, but is now free during COVID-19. It's a great place to start for managing your stress and I'm available for additional HeartMath coaching.

There is also a distinct possibility that I will be offering The LENS remotely in affiliation with Ochs Labs, the proprietor of the LENS, in Sebastopol, CA. I'll keep you informed as we continue to work out the logistics. The possibilities are endless here so stay tuned.
